Unhappy electric windows

2002 LR Disco II electric window doesn't roll down but makes a slight click when pushing the button. Could it be the motor? Also one of the clips is missing from the passenger side regulator disabling the window (won't lower evenly thus not more than an inch before it binds) Are the clips sold separately or do I need whole new regulator arm? My uncle said to permanently fix it a strong epoxy What about that method?

The ones that clicks... does it go down at all? The nylon rollers tend to disintegrate and might be wedged. Also, some idiot designed the regulator so if the roller breaks, the remaining stud fits in a hole in the regulator and keeps the window from going up or down. But I've had that problem and it went down a tiny bit... less than an inch... before catching.

Epoxy might work on the other one but I'd fix it. I'm sorry but I don't know whether the clips can be gotten separately. I took one apart a few weeks ago and I don't remember anything that looked replaceable in the connection between the regulator and window, but I could be wrong about that.
