Finally got a land rover!Always wanted one and had trouble with weird electrical problems and need HELP. Cant afford dealerships on my money. Put a new headliner in today after saving and fuses check good but my radio clock and interior lights wont work. We all have enough to worry about already. Can anyone plese help me????????? So puzzled I almost forgot. 2000 land rover discovery

Desperate , I have the same prob with my clock, but everything else works. I suggest you find yourself a wiring diagram and start backwards ( power at lights and then back through system, ( May be a connector that all systems you quoted share) If your a doit yourself gearhead like me you can figure it out. Download the RAVE manual by clicking the link in my signature. From the sounds of it you have a ground issue.

Fuse 20 seems to be common to the radio, clock and interior lights.

Are the interior lights not operating at all or just when you open the door?

Default interior lights,redo,clock not working

Thanks. I was guessing it was a ground.
I don't see the ground as connecting at the front dome light. The wire clips to the metal piece but I don't see how it touches the back of the switch to make a good ground.
Is there somewhere else to check for a ground?
Thanks

Fuse 20 is the clock internals, and radio memory. Fuse 16 is the clock back light, radio power, antenna amp power, etc. Attached is one of the ground headers, under kick panel. Rover likes to run lots of things to a header, then to ground. RAVE cicuits manual show the wiring diagrams with tiny numbers to indicate connector and pin, and the electrical library shows the connector details and pictures of locations.
