Default Engine light

My 2006 Lr3 v8 has just had plugs and wires put on it no more than a month ago and now it has begun to skip like its misfiring and the engine light came on and is blinking(5 times). I was wondering if this was plugs and wires or something dastardly.

The engine is pulling air on the passenger side of the engine and I can't begin to imagine what that is. It sounds like it's coming out right at or below the, second to the front, on the passenger side, spark plug hole. Any ideas?(Its not pulling too entirely much just enough to make the engine die down a good bit.)

have the codes read. that should help point you in the right direction.

it's possible that the spark plug in that location was mis-installed. you could try removing it and see if the threads are in good condition, or if it's loose.
