freelander differential slop in mounts?ok?
i have about 1-2 inches of play up and down in the rear diff bushings. i contacted the dealership i got it from last week and they think it's suppose to do this.they don't specialize in land rovers though. it has 75000 miles on it and I've read these bushings go bad easily. should they pay to fix this or a better question is how bad is this.i am not driving it until i find solid info and they want to look at it on monday. thanks and i hope this isn't an ongoing question. I've been searching the internet.
i got it up on jacks and the rear diff bushing is toast.i ordered a new one and hope to get it any day now.now i hear a tinging sound when i'm going about 35mph and let off the gas. it lasts about 3 seconds. any help?probably tranny huh
