Default Fuel Issues

I have a 2004 Range Rover with 130k. I am having problems with the vehicle acting like it is starving for fuel. I changed the fuel filter and I run no less than 91 gas in the vehicle. I am trying to trouble shoot. Should I look to the fuel pump next or are there other items I should look at first? I would appreciate some guidance. I am not a mechanic at all but I am trying to save myself a ton in repair bills.

Thank you

when exactly is it starving? ....does it idle ok , cuts out on acceleration ?...get a fuel pressure gauge and see what you are getting ....you should be in the mid 30's for pressure

Thank you for responding. The vehicle idles fine and revs fine. The cut out happens in acceleration, specifically when I am going up a hill and turning to the right then left, like through an S turn.
