Default Fuel Sedimentor Assy.

Whilst removing the inlet fuel pipe to the Fuel Sedimentor Assy on my 1996 300Tdi Disco the fuel pipe nut rounded quite badly so I plan to change it. However how on earth do I get the joint out of the pipe and how do I secure the new one - Help!

If I remember correctly, it's a brass compression "olive" fitting. If you have enough length, just cut the tube. If not, you'll have to work off the olive in order to fit a new one. The can be a right faff to get off.
