Red face Grind me a pound!

I have a 74 SWB Series III with a Series II Transmission (Crash Box). I can not get enough clutch to change gears. I have owned a 110, and 3 Series III 109's but I have never worked on this type of gear box. I have adjusted everything I can find to adjust or bleed. Any one have one of these transmissions?

Have you verified your MC is good? Clamp off the flex hose to the SC, you should have rock hard pedal. If not, you have air in it, or a leak.
How old is the flex line? They swell internally (especially if the the wrong brake fluid was used) and instead of operating the SC, the MC just causes the swelling in the line to go down.
