Default help fast!!!

my land rover 99 disco 2 won't idle after last night and seems as if it's bogging or sputtering when i accelerate, common problem but no one has a solution, also how do you reset the ecu on these??? thanks guys

It is not a common problem and most likely an easy fix but will need more info.
How many miles on it, what gas do you use, have you check the PCV hose assembly to see if it is plugged or collapsed.
Most likely the throttle body is plugged up and or the idle assembly.
