Default HELP needed--CEL: Fuel Trim System?

Hi guys, I have a CEL and code says "Post Catalyst Fuel Trim System Too Lean Bank 2." Sound like anything which I can fix myself? O2 sensor or something need to be replaced? Thanks in advance for help.

Sounds like a bad O2 sensor, I would replace both of the post cat O2's at the same time.
Amazon.com has good prices on O2's.

actually I would take a large cylinder and wrap it with tape until it fits the diameter of of the intake hole and turn the vehicle on. If there is an air leak you will hear a noise of a slight squeal and where it is coming from it is the source of the vacuum leak.
