Hey guys im new here and i couldn't find a thread about my problem so here it goes. I have a 2014 LR2 and i noticed the oil was low and it had a burning oil smell to it after i had used for the day. so i put some more in it. Then i started it only for it to smoke from the exhaust and hood. I turned it off and popped the hood, and checked the coolant and oil. but there was no leak. i think i may have overheated it the last time i used it, it could be the head gasket? but whats the probability of it being a cracked engine block? or a cylinder head?

On the dash it says "Performance Restricted". Is it trying not too cause more damage to the vehicle? or is it already too damaged that it cannot perform well?
