M & S lights flashing, D has Line through it, and won't turn over
Might work. Might not. Free to try, though. I've just had my 1 Rover since mid-June so what do I know, anyway?!
I'm building mine up for my daughter. She loves to 4x4 and turns 16 in half a year so I still have a little time to get mine "right."
I've set off that alarm and somehow disarmed it. I've gotten the "3 Amigos" and figured out how to fix that issue. I've gotten the "Limp Home" mode and figured out how to fix that.
Oh, and the motor was blown when I bought the thing so I had to unbolt the oil sump, reach up into the muck, and replace the rod bearings (which turned out to be simple to do and just cost me $38 for the bearings plus new oil to refill her).
Anyway, we ownmy kids love off-roading in this beast so that Ippmakes it fun!

The cheap/easy/robust fix for the "3 Amigos" ABS warning light problem is known as "Option B" from the GM Hummer forums (same ABS in Hummers & Discos).
tried the 1515 trick this morning no luck this thing is driving me crazy no anti theft light dash lights work m and a lights flashing along with a d with a line through it scanned it cleared it no luck I'm at a loss
Maybe it's not an alarm issue??
Is it possible that the BCU or ECU is bad?
The "S" & "M" lights illuminated means that you are in "Limp Home" mode and if you are refering to the "D" for Drive inside the small rectangular odometer display then that means that you are locked out of Drive "gear".
There are lots of threads on this forum about the Limp Home mode. Lots of causes/fixes.
