Hi everyone, I have been having a heck of a time trying to figure out why my Check Engine Light won't come on. I took the dash apart and checked the bulbs but they are all fine (not blown, burned out, or disconnected). Please help me out. Anything helps. I got the 99' disco 2 in Mississippi and I have noticed some water damage. Idk if that helps.
