So do you have a suggestion on how to clean his engine short of a rebuild, one of those kerosene type engine flushes? But that probly wipe the bearings

RF can you read the engine serial code off the block, drivers side where the dipstick is mounted?

be sure to clean your push rods with a piece of wire also

I think I already did the engine flush sort of. RISLONE and SeaFoam and about 2 miles of driving or less. The oil filter was a Mann-Filter W 950/4. Then changed back to Rotella 15w40 with same type new filter. I will look in a few at the # Scout.

Well....the intake manifold will be coming off. A hose clamp I was compressing on the fuel line just popped off and dropped down one of the trumpet horns! F#(&)^#%*A#%&^.

I believe the # to be RCC 2411....Did I mention I landed the biggest contract ever with NASA for my company and have to be at the first meeting tomorrow in Houston. Really hate to drive another truck, she has always brought me good luck...

Maybe remove RAM housing only?

Can you leave RAM housing in place when removing the intake manifold?

ihScout..is the lifter your talking about the third or fifth from the RIGHT? They both look round to me..
