P0103 Mass Air Flow Sensor High Out of Range Fault
P0150 Oxygen Sensor Cycle Fault *Codes* B U
P0327 Background Noise Low Fault Bank AP0159 Oxygen Sensor Slow Response *Codes* B D
P0139 Oxygen Sensor Slow Response *Codes* A D
A = Bank A of the engine. Cylinder #1 is located on Engine Bank A.
B = Bank B of the engine.
U = Upstream of the Catalytic Converter.
D = Downstream of the Catalytic Converter.
Found these at Land Rover OBD-II Trouble Codes. If you clean the MAF, be sure to use a product that is approved for use with CATs. MAFs can be very pricey, some over $1500 (my D1). New Discos have a lower price tag.

@ Savannah Buzz.... Thanks for the response... I guess I should have stated that I already knew what the codes were or better yet the description of each code.. the problem here is that I have replaced parts/ or addressed each code as they came through...it seems as I replaced a part and cleared the code..a new code would show up.. @ this point I have replaced all the above mentioned parts...and final result is the five codes are showing in the scan.. I'm at a loss as to what to do next.. I wonder if it may just be a computer issue at this point...PCM,ECU,ECM... also not sure what the difference is between the 3....
@ Disco Mike... Fram filter... and as you can see... Issue still to be resolved ...
Thanks for the input Guys...Cheers Mike

One way might be to obtain an ECU (engine control unit) from a salvage yard. I paid I think $40 for mine, and it came with a 30 day warranty. If it fixes it, after re-learning all the vehicle sensors, great. If not, refund. You would want the same year model if possible. The U-pull-it style yards are great fun. My original ECU would not "learn" my new idle air control valve no matter what procedure I used.
