My trail disco which was an ok 50th now has blown head gasket and I do not fill like replacing it (I have two other Disco's). And after by passing the immobilizer to make it run now will be come my try any thing wiring and maybe this will work Disco (R&D). So if you guys have an idea and are not sure about if it will work reply to this thread and shoot me what you want me to try on it I will get back I touch as soon as I can given my work schedule. This should be a big help to every one.

I will start parting out soon so let me know what you need I live in Georgia (Jasper Area) the chrome bumpers, motor, wiring, gages, factory push bar (that will need repaint ), tail light guards, tow system, some of the inside will be up for trade or sale more for trade. You pull the parts.

 

Sounds like from your other thread you have defeated the alarm linkage.

 

I have and what I did worked for me. The 98 would not even start or turn over it would try then solid red light would come on and that would be all she wrote. There is a small change in in plans the 98 is getting the the motor out of the 97 so the 97 will be come the new trail and wiring truck.
