No start help

No start help
Hope someone can help me out .I'm stepping up my game to a dream vehicle .I was a Jeep and Ford guy. (no jokes required). I purchased a 2003 land Rover discovery se7 for $800.00. It's got 170,000kms on it .zero rust anywhere champagne in colour. My dream vehicle.
Now the issue. Some Jack *** cut the 02 sensor wires on all 4 sensors. (Reason unknown as to why) why would anyone do that ? I replaced all 4 easy as pie .***the disco will not start***. I have also changed the crank position sensor. I have put in a new battery. I have emptied the gas tank and put in high test fuel. *** The disco has no dance in it.***
It turns over like it cranks and cranks but just won't start .0DB2 scanner shows all green signals NO dts errors. Why won't the beast roar ? What am I missing ?
