O2 sensors
I didn't say it was unreasonable.
Depends on labor rates where he lives.
I have no idea what common labor rates are for garages.

Thanks for all the tip guys! I was thinking of buying the parts myself and just have the guy install it. What would be a good brand with a reasonable price? I saw Denso for like $60 each. Will that work out just fine? Thanks again...
Wasn't implying that you did, just stating that for a shop, it sounds like a reasonable price. I am also out of touch with shop labor rates. We have virtually zero competition here, so the various shops all charge $100/hr. In the lower 48, you should be able to find lower shop rates than that if you can't/won't do the work yourself. I recommend doing it yourself and using the money for additional repairs that may be needed.
I decided to give it a shot myself. Borrowed an OBD and code said P1316 - Misfire Excessive Emissions Fault. Does that mean the O2 Sensors are fine and it's more like the ignition wires and plugs? What should I replace first?
Thank you in advance everyone...

Wrong, the late 97's and newer use a different 02 sensor for the advanced evap system. Need to verify which you need based on your vin.
