La Sleeve Top hat liners: Part # Rove1 $680.00
Buick small block Hyd. lifters solid pushrod non oiling $80.00
Competent CNC machine shop to resleeve $1300.00
Gasket set Victor Reinz $150.00
Main and rod bearings $150.00
New head bolts or ARP preffered $250.00
Dynagear/Cloyes timing chain and gears $100.00
Total of a solid base rebuild $2710.00
Buying another used engine with the same inherent weakness is foolish. I did not include the camshaft or rebuild on heads.
