Default Overheating Discovery II

My 2000 Disco overheated the other day, I can not get it to do it again, the cooling fluid was about a quart low. Any idea's

Sure, bleed the system, get all the air out of it.
Do You know how, if not send me your tele number and I'll call you in the morning. In the mean time, don't drive it.
