Hey all well got the code p1590 today I know what the code is but not sure how I got it. I will exsplane I simply backd out of a driveway ( slight inclian) and then got ABS & tac only the 2 lights wen I shut it down and turned it back on tac went away and as soon as I put the truck in to drive ABS turned off..?? Not to concerned but still would like to know as she still runs great. Has anyone heard of this.

signal

Need to be concerned. How many miles on the truck, when were the brakes last replaced, when was the brake fluid last flushed and are your brakes squeaking?
The quicker you fix the problem, before the lights stay on the quicker you may not need to spend a couple hundred dollars trying to get the codes read and then cleared after the repairs are made.

Thanks disco mike/ savannah buzz. The truck is a 01 d2 with 105k. Brakes are not squeaking still have plenty of pad & roters look good.maybe ill go and bleed the system today that's one thing i haven't done yet ( not my daily driver ) . Ill do it tonight it's 110 f outside today in Arizona. Thanks for the help..
