Good day, I have been experiencing vibration issues with my 2019 Range Rover. The vehicle has been in and out of the dealer since end of December. They have provided some PICO readings that state that the vehicle falls within manufacturer specs.

• Would anyone on here be able to assist with first, opening the files? I have a Mac and that is a challenge.
• Next, assist with the readings? I need to also confirm they were using the correct tools and placing in the appropriate locations

Thanks in advance, I hope someone can assist, this is a brand new vehicle and I am truly disappointed LR will not step up and admit there is an issue.
