Windows not set is a message you get when the battery has been disconnected or jumped.

The BECM wants to know the exact position of the windows when that are all the way down and all the way up. I'm still not sure that is why they won't roll up though.

Make sure you have a good battery. Turn the ignition to the second position.

Then start with one window and hold the button in the down position for a few seconds, then push it in the up position(it should now roll up) then hold at max closed for a few seconds. The dash should now indicate window set.

Do that for the windows and the sunroof of you are getting those messages.

Good luck

Could be a bad motor or window regulator also. You'll have to pull the door panel off to check those.
