Default Please Identify this part

I found this part on a Range Rover 1999 it is soldered into the AC pressure switches wiring ? Please Go to this .pdf http://www.gomog.com/allmorgan/GEMS/GEMSbyPoole.pdf

Photo on page 54 shows a fuel filter with a 250 ohm resistor with a heat-sink mounted with 2 small flat head screws. It is in the bottom left corner of the photo.

My resistor is soldered to the AC pressure switch wire, but mounted behind the US driver side head light next to what looks like the yellow air bag sensor ? It is in the - negative side of the electric system (ground)

If you know what this is and where the wire should go please let me know.
