Default Radio Code

Here is the correct way to enter your code.....Although it has not worked for me. The Land Rover Dealership stated that you turn the key into the 1st postion, let it sit for an hour, then press the Band button for at a min of 3 secs, by doing this resets the radio. Start entering the code if you hear a beep start from the 1st digit of the code. If tyou enter the code 3 times wrong then you have to wait an hour before you can do it again. It will lock you out. If you get it to work let me know, I've even tried waiting 3 hrs before. Also the dealership can give you the code if you give them your VIN#. Note this only works if its the original stereo in the car. Hope this helps.

Default re radio code

I allowed the ignition switch to be in th on position for 90 minutes. I then tried to enter the radio code and the radio beeped. Then I remembered that I didnt push the band button before I started. Then I pushed the band button and the radio display started flashing. I re-intered the code and the radio started playing. Thanks for your info and I hope tnis helps you.

Did you hold the band button for while or just push it. I'm dealing with this issue now. Truck is sitting with key on now.
