I cannot open the rear passenger door from the inside but I can from the outside. This is with the child lock disengaged. How do I remove the inside door panel to look inside? What could be the problem here?

On this same car I cannot operate one of the rear passenger windows from both the master window controls by the driver door and the window controls on the door itself. Can you advise me what to do?
