Default Rear Sunroof problem Discovery II

I swapped the front and rear motors...rear doesn't work no matter where it's hooked up, so I can assume it's dead. Putting a switch that I know works on the rear port and putting the good motor back there and I get nothing. But the rear switch works on the front panel. Any suggestions? Anyone have a cheap sunroof motor I can buy?

Also, can anyone tell me what this item is that I've attached photos of? It appears to have a black ground wire that is not attached to anything.

Talking What is it?

That is the receiver for your handset (remote) that relays the signal to the alarm/central locking system to lock/unlock or arm the vehicle. ibis1

the fuses in the passenger box looked fine...if it were a fuse wouldn't both of the sunroofs be out?
