1999 Disco II: Replaced head gaskets, reinstalled everything, no major issues, able to clear all codes except P1553, involving the Idle Air Control Valve. Engine was running smoothly and cool, no leaks throughout, but under-powered and within minutes at idle, exhaust was red hot, both sides. Replaced the IACV, no improvement. Ideas?
