Default Rough idle, Engine stalls below 1100 RPM

This started while driving in the mountains. Everything was running fine, shut off my 2000 Disco in low gear, restarted and since then the RPMs drop fast below 1100 and will stall unless I am pushing the throttle. The idle also became rough and the bonus is NO CODES. Ahh the joys of Land Rover. Any ideas?

It started to feel that it was holding gears a little too long, like in sport mode. Fluid was fine and just changed fluid and filter about 1000mi ago. I did read through this thread https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...o-codes-61710/ It does seem to be along the same lines as my issue, but in my brain a fuel relay is either working or not. It doesn't make sense that it would be going out.
