runs good on full tank but not on 1/4 tank

99 Disco I runs ecellent when it is full tank.
But when it is 1/4 tank full it runs like a car with cloged fuel filter.
Any idea?

Sounds like your fuel pump is weak.

You could actually be low on fuel. I know that my gauge on my Disco is about an 1/8th of a tank off. I found this out the hard way. No light, ding, nothing, just a little sputtering and died. Hope this helps.
