Default Series 2a brakes

I have tried to bleed the brakes on my old 2a various ways(pressure bleed, backbleed etc) with the only success of the breakes either binding(fronts) or having no breaks at all.
After fiddeling about,I`m confident I adjusted the travel on the master cylinder plunger correctly.
Somebody told me there is a way by compressing both rear slaves and bleeding it at the front!?!?
Does anybody know the right procedure?

Do you have a CB or CV master? If it's the CB type it can be hard to get all the air out without raising the front end so the MC is level.
Did you back off the adjusters before bleeding then readjust after?
