Default Spark Plug Wires

I searched, but couldn't find anything about ACCEL plug wires on this site. I know that most everyone recommends Magnecor, but I need to get this little project done tomorrow. The local NAPA parts store has 8.5mm ACCEL racing wires rated to 600 degrees F. They're a little more pricey than the Magnecor wires, but I can go pick them up which is a HUGE plus.

Any opinions on this?

I know the above is a fairly stupid question, but I'd like an opinion either way about the ACCEL wires before I go and drop $100+ and find out they aren't worth the money.

I can't seem to find any worthwhile reviews about them online.

You won't find any thing about Accel wires cause they are crap when installed on Rovers.
Do it right and order the 8 mm Magnecore wires on line and do it right or you will just get a bunch of misfires and get to replace them again, which we all know is a pain in the ***.

Yeah, I agree with Disco Mike, you wouldn't want anything else than Magnecor wires. The spark plug job is the hardest and you don't want to do it more than once. Get the Magnecor and be done with. You said the other cost more, so check out http://www.apexperformance.net/CartGenie/prod-1155.htm

What is the rush, why not take your time and do it right.
8.5 wires are too big and won't fit the wire looms and I am not sure how much resistance they carry.

The LR is my wife's and she does real estate. If she's just going one place and staying for awhile things are good. But today, she's got several places to be, and it's pretty hot here. I didn't want her to get stranded. But, I'll order some Magnecors hopefully they'll get here in a few days.
