Hi!
When car is on idle,i cant turn steering wheel its so hard,but when i go about1300 rpm,its work just fine.My question is can there be something else whats broke beside steering pump,i just change it in april.

It could be your Intermediate steering shaft which can cause binding. U joint gets dry. Can try to lube, but it’s not too expensive or difficult to change.
