Default Td5discovery hesitant around 2500/3000 rpm

My discovery is hesitant to rev above 2500/3000 rpm sometimes not all the time but if I put my foot down sometimes the kick down (auto box) will bring it to 3500/4000 rpm but it still revs up and down about 200 rpm any idea what could cause this? I have replaced the fuel filter and air filter and tried unplugging maf sensor but it still happens anyone know what this could be?

have also noticed recently a squel from the engine around 2000/25000 rpm I'm guessing manifold bolts any easy way to tell or what else could it be? Doesn't do it all the time either 🤔

And finally a slightly unrelated issue is there seems to be a brake squeal up to 30mph ish if I don't have my foot on the brake? If I apply light pressure the noise is greatly reduced and disappears under normal braking is this brakes or something else? The rear discs are also rusty and don't seem to shine up after brake use aswell?

Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

forgot to add fuel gauge is also inconsistent and reads just under full when tank is full and sometimes goes down to light on when it's actually full what could be causing this or how can I reset it?
