Volunteers for transmission swap

Hello everyone!
I just bought my '97 Discovery 1 a few months ago and I gotta say I love every bit of it.. except for the automatic tranny. Now having read the forums for a few weeks for this and that I got the impression that there are a lot of people who prefer to drive automatic over manual.
So my point is, are any of you chaps with a manual willing to swap?
My ZF tranny has 133 000 miles and is in good shape (the car was a kid hauler before). I am looking for an R380, preferably with comparable mileage, but I am open to negotiations.
I live in Toronto, Canada. If anyone is interested, I can probably make my way to their location (if it ends up being reasonable financially and time-wise) and we can do the swap at a local mechanic's shop.
Alternatively, if any of you have a cross-member for a manual tranny and the electrical harnesses that go with it that they're willing to sell, I'm all ears.
Anyone?
