Default Water leaking from Pump housing, Disco 300 tdi

We've been losing water from our Disco 300 tdi. There has been no obvious leak and the oil is clean, so I'm assuming it's not head gasket, plus no loss of power from engine. I think I've discovered where it's leaking from, there's a trace of a leak from the water pump housing, leaking onto the block and evaporating. How big a job is removing the housing and replacing gasket? I've replaced the pump before and it wasn't too hard. Any help would be much appreciated.
