Default What is the proper voltage for the TPS?

I am trying to diagnose a no start problem and am trying to test the TPS. 1993 RR classic 4.2. I assume these figures are correct but I thought it would be different. Closed throttle reads about 4.6v and as i open the throttle it drops smoothly to 0v. There are no drop outs. I figured it would be 0v closed and raise as it opens. Are my readings ok? The car was not running while I did it. I have a repair manual but it doesn't discuss particular parameters for AFM or TPS. Anyone know where I can get a manual that would cover these tests?
