I was wobbling today so I set the front axle on stands and checked the wheel bearings. They were loose enough to shake the wheels. End play was set by using the 61Nm/90 deg. back off/4Nm method and then locked in with a tab washer and second nut at 61Nm. I repeated the procedure today, 'bout 6000 miles since new, and the nuts ended up about 45 degrees clockwise from last time. Seems like they got loose pretty early. I wonder how long before I have to replace them.
