Thumbs up Window Troubles

I had 3 out of 4 windows that weren't working. I recently removed the ECU module and re-soldered the bad connections which got the 2 back windows working! The front passenger window still does not go up or down. There is power to the motor and you can hear it working when you press up or down but no movement. Could the motor still be bad even with power to it? Any suggestions are appreciated!

Thanx!, Mark

Yep, can have stripped internal parts, or regulator parts. Door panel comes off gently.
