Scratch that. See the @#$%!price?!

The CarDaq 3 is not a cable, it's a more sophisticated solution and more expensive, but I agree, $295 to $2,350 is a huge leap. I would search eBay to see if you can find a used DrewTech original Mongoose for JLR.

You could also repair the old cable.
