Personally I upgraded to G13 (Audi or VW will sell it to you)

If you want a brand name

Pentosin PENTOFROST E

The E is the G13 spec

I use PEAK OET Antifreeze and Coolant European Vehicles Pink Concentrate. I dilute it 50% with distilled water as per the instructions from my home water distiller that I also use for medical purposes.

Update : the car was fixed long ago im sorry I forgot to update , so the job was horrible, i replaced one of the fans , the radiator, the thermostat, the upper and lower hoses , the coolant return hose , and finally i discovered that the coolant reservoir cap installed by the stupid previous owner is not the correct cap , which caused the car to overheat and cost almost a 1000 $ to fix , all because of a 10 $ cap .
the access was horrible as you can see from the previous picture , other than that it was a standard job .

Wait what? You replaced all those parts when a new cap would have fixed the problem? I would have shot something.

No man of course not , this wrong cap caused the car to over heat several times , not only under my watch i think it over heated with the previous owner also so he sold it , this continues overheating caused one of the fans bearing to fail coz it was working all the time , and it caused the radiator the thermostat and all the other hoses i mentioned to leak ( confirmed by pressure testing ) , so i had to replace all that anyway, but i was lucky to notice the cap issue after finishing the work otherwise the overheat would have occurred again and all the new parts would be destroyed .
