Help! My 2011 LR2 HSE smell like dog poop!

My car smells like ***! Help! Usually I'll get this smell when it rains. But today it happened when I turned on the ac for the first time this year. Can someone help? I know next to nothing about cars. So dumb it down for me, please.

Did you chance the cabin filter? Also you can take it in for a duct cleaning... I think they pump o-zone through them.

I got it changed today.. And I smelled again as soon as I turned it on.

Well if you “know nothing about cars”, I propose you take it in to a capable LR shop and get the ventilation system removed, inspected and cleaned.
Of course I’m left with the question, ‘how’ did this occur.
