LiquiMoly MoS2 Anti-Friction Engine Treatment
Sounds good. What's your current mileage?
I have 154K miles on mine. I'm using Castrol High Mileage oil which has additives that are probably similar to liquimoly but probably not as concentrated.

I don't think that product is remotely similar to LiquiMoly. LiquiMoly has a patented Molybdenum Sulfide additive that gives it friction reducing properties. Castrol does not even identify what they put into that product, they just give it a fake name of "Phosphorous Replacement Technology." They claim it is patented, but the only patent I can find is this one, and it doesn't say anything about anything similar to MoS2. https://patents.google.com/patent/US6586374B1/en
The patent is expired, which might explain why they don't identify it as the source of their "technology."

The LiquiMoly person showed up. The engine was toast. There was no longer any compression in the cylinder and he heard the sound of something mechanical broken. But he had never seen this happen before, so we decided it was not worth cracking open the engine to see what actually happened. I am going to trash everything but the new blade, spark plug and the engine, and take time to find out exactly what failed just to satisfy my curiosity.
Guy, LiquiMoly recommends using the additive after the break-in miles. Better earlier than later to avoid unnecessary wear. I've now gained 3 mpg increase on the avg mpg display on the instrument panel display. Engine is running smooth as silk.
