At every oil change. Personally, I also use their Engine Flush or Engine Flush Plus product and run the engine for 10 minutes immediately before the oil change.

Apologies. Missed this one. I don’t understand the question. The vehicle was covered for 160,000 km, 6 years. Whichever occurred first.
At 100,000 the engine was replaced. I’m now past 6 years.

She's an old lady at 181,000 miles. I'd like to keep her another 180,000 more. Replacing engines is not cheap.
