Exclamation LR2 - Dashboard powers down when braking

Hey folks! seeing if anyone can help me in this while pickle i've found myself in. Everytime I hit the brake my dashboard "turns off"/powers down and when i release it turns back on like if i would be when i turned on the car. Car never turns off just the dash. I can continue driving during all of it. all headlights and tail lights seem to be in working condition, so is the radio. I recently changed the batter about a month ago but this just started happening, Fuses 4 and 8 in passenger fuse box are working, yesterday the dash turned off completely and took out 4 and 8 fuse from fusebox and the dashboard turned back on but with the same braking issue. I keep on reading to check the "ground" but I have no idea what that means. could anyone dumb down some of the lingo, would appreciate any help !

Aloha and many thanks in advance!!!

If you don't know what a ground is from an electrical standpoint, I think you would be better off taking it to a competent LR mechanic and letting him/her troubleshoot the issue.
