Default Power steering

Hey. Today I replaced my power steering pump everything went pretty good. But when I started my car I got a HDC fault(the one with the triangle with the arrow around it). Does anyone know why this would happen?
alsoI had to boost my car to get it started because I left the battery on the cold cement floor all day and it drained(because I'm a dummy).

Its a 2008 lr2 with the 3.2l

thanks

Do a hard reset.

1. disconnect battery

2. fully charge battery

3. touch disconnected positive and negative leads together for 30 minutes to remove any residual charge

The various modules in the LR2 become very unhappy if the voltage gets below 10 volts (even briefly while starting the engine)

Good Luck

Paul
