sounds like a misfire of some sort.
could just need a tune up. new spark plugs specifically(among a few other things)

 

I had a similar issue followed by an escalation whereby also ABS, DSP, brakes, general engine failure was reported.

My car (RR Sport HSE 2010) has been at the dealer for a week and the valve taking care of pressure distribution between left and right turbo has been replaced. For now this seems to have fixed the problem
