Check the wiring going to the coil.
It is possible that a small quadrupedal mammal has taken an interest in your wiring.
I can't be more specific about the species in question because someone here will have an adverse reaction.
Good Luck
PS there is some evidence that a failed Thermostat can increase the temperature of the coils and shorten their life. A broken Thermostat on a 3.2 is difficult to detect.

Thankyou no critters under this hood engine is cleaner then most car exteriors but I’ll give the wires a close look over.
Thermostat humm ok I’ll start with plugs and coil and boot inspection
on Thursday earliest I can get to it any other tips on operating the analyzer ??
basic
plug in
enter vehicle info
click on Diagnostics
clear codes
start engine
quick scan
read codes

If you did not buy the right analyzer I would suggest returning it and buying the one that comes with the Jaguar/Land Rover diagnostics. It is a HUGE help compared to the garden variety OBDII codes.
Also, when you get it go to the icarsoft website, download their application to your PC, connect your unit via USB and update it to the latest version of the diagnostic software.

Hi Guys!
Ok I decided to replace all the plugs since they were ready 75,000 and install a new # 2 coil pak. Fully charged the battery. Cleared all faults started it up and no faults and running better then new! I got lucky. Thankyou both for your input and professional advise.
