LR2 2012 /
engine off / driver side turn signals, front and back, on solid.
engine on / still solid / turn signal works (solid but you could see blinking with stronger light)
I checked to make sure the lever was in the neutral position.
right side signal works fine, left side stay on solid engin on or off.
some forum mention about fault in the alarm/door lock control module.

anyone? where alarm/door lock control module is?

 

You likely have a short or exposed wire creating a bridge with your driver's side signals. You will have to trace the wiring to each light assembly looking at the wiring for damage. I would also check the relevant fuse box:
