Terrain Response System Faulty

Terrain Response System Faulty
Hi folks, hope all is well. I got my tires rotated at Discount Tire on Saturday, and drove off and a few minutes later there was an error message lighting up on my '09 LR2. There is a 'Terrain Response System Faulty' message popping up, along with a triangle warning sign with an arrow around it that is flashing. Also whenever I turn on the car it says 'Special Programs Off'. I will include pictures below.
Has anyone had this problem before and know a cheap way to fix it?
Appreciate all the help I can get.

The only time this ever happened to me was when I removed the center console to replace the grungy power sockets with new ones, and didn't reconnect the terrain selector correctly. One of the connectors was not fully seated. Easy fix, since it pops right out.

Mine has done this after changing the heater core and come to find out the plug come loose. But I just had new tires put on yesterday and I drove it 85 miles and then my gear slipped and then all the fault messages re appeared. I don’t use my all terrain dial much but I had yesterday. But from what I’ve read and watched. Land rovers have batteries very sensitive to voltage. If they go low enough the accessories go haywire and can cause the HDC system fault message along with the fans instantly kicking on when first starting. I’m open to discuss this further with anyone who is still struggling with this issue. I’m about to go have me a look ( Kandra Jade) on facebook
