Default 2008 LR3 bolt and spacer identification

Backing out of the driveway the other day, I found this bolt and washer from under the car. Any idea where it may have come from?
I had not done any work lately, so no obvious place to start. In November, had the transmission cooler lines replaced and transfer case replaced.

Need help in knowing where to look for where this may have come from. Head is 10mm and bolt is about 2 1/8" long.

I tend to think that is an exhaust manifold bolt.

Yes, definitely exhaust manifold. I had one missing on the front left cylinder when I bought my 07.

I have to tighten that front left bolt every two years coming out of winter. Can be accessed through the wheel well with a long extension and wobble joint

Default Manifold Bolt

Thanks all for the advice. Really hard to even get a visual on all of the bolt locations, and I still have not located missing one.
I guess will have to remove wheel well to see.
